All registrations must be completed online. The registration will be considered as binding when it is received, captured by the online registration system and the full payment has been received. All the payments and online registration forms have to be received by SANSA no later than one week before the beginning of the Conference.
Telephone, fax or post registration will not be accepted.
The final confirmation of registration will be sent as soon as the payment is received
A letter of invitation will be sent upon request once a delegate has registered.
Visa, Mastercard are only acceptable for online payment using a secure site. Your monthly credit card statement will indicate the payment you made using the reference Tourvest Holding
By Bank Transfer
To make a bank transfer, use the below account details provided.
- The SpaceOps 2020 Organizing Committee has rights to reject registration if the participants are irrelevant to fulfill the purpose of the conference.
- Registrations cancelled before 25 March 2020 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees
- Registrations cancelled after 25 March 2020 will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be made in the following ways:
- For payments received by credit cards, the same credit card will be refunded.
- For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made. All bank charges will be for the registrants account.
- In the event that Space Ops cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a refund for 100% of the registration fee paid. Space Ops shall assume no liability if a conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to an unanticipated event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence, or any other event that renders performance of the conference impracticable, illegal, or impossible.
- In the event that Space Ops postpones or changes the event dates, you will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee paid.
- All other kind of reparation or reimbursement are excluded.
